Vincy D.

I build reliable Excel and Power Query reporting, and SharePoint and Power Automate approval workflows. My portfolio includes original synthetic demonstrations of reconciled reporting, refresh history and auditable approvals. I build AI automation, intelligence platforms, and secure business apps that turn fragmented data and manual workflows into reliable decisions and controlled action. Top Rated Plus | 100% Job Success | $70K+ earned | 100+ Upwork projects | 15+ years in business automation What I build: • AI agents and grounded RAG workflows with citations, approvals, and audit trails • Operations and portfolio intelligence platforms with dashboards and narrative reporting • Python, FastAPI, API integrations, databases, and secure internal web apps • Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 solutions • Excel, VBA, and Power Query automation for reporting, pricing, and document generation My systems are designed around business controls, not AI novelty. Calculations stay deterministic, source evidence remains traceable, sensitive actions require approval, and users can see why an output was produced. Typical outcomes: • Faster reporting and decision cycles • Fewer manual errors and disconnected handoffs • Consistent proposals, reports, and management information • Controlled automation that your team can operate and maintain My approach: map the workflow, identify the bottleneck and source of truth, build the smallest reliable solution, test it with real users, and document the result. If you need an AI-enabled intelligence platform, business app, or automation workflow, send me the process, data sources, and desired outcome. I’ll recommend the most practical architecture and delivery path.
