How I work: Every CAD model gets checked for fit, function, ergonomic and how it'll actually be built not just how it looks on screen. I ask the questions that catch problems before they hit the prototype stage: - Is the wall thickness of the part correct for the function? - Draft angles for molding are correct? - Tolerance stacks for assemblies - Part tolerances for assemblies correct? I can 3D print the CAD models using the in house printers and validate the production of the CAD model before you get the final product.
