I build reliable AI automation systems in Python, including chatbots, multi-agent workflows, FastAPI APIs, PostgreSQL databases, Telegram and Gmail automations, browser integrations and human-review dashboards. I also bring PhD-level expertise in bioinformatics, genomics and scientific data analysis. My recent portfolio project, Agent Studio, is a local-first AI operations platform that I designed and built end to end. It combines deterministic decision policies, four specialised AI agents, structured model outputs, PostgreSQL-backed workflow queues, verified-evidence gates, Telegram commands, email-triggered automation and a Manifest V3 browser extension. I implemented the system’s architecture, backend, relational database, reversible migrations, background workers, authenticated APIs, browser extension, agent prompts, cost controls, security boundaries, testing and live validation. The portfolio release passed 250 automated tests, strict type checking, migration isolation and replay testing to prevent duplicate model calls or workflow actions.
