Muhammad R.

I specialize in Oracle APEX front-end development — building clean, responsive UI/UX with custom Interactive Grids, dashboards, and Tailwind CSS-based page templates — backed by strong PL/SQL and backend development skills. I currently serve as the primary developer (both frontend and backend) on a large-scale enterprise financial management system, handling everything from budgeting interfaces to REST API integrations and complex PL/SQL logic. Frontend / UI-UX (primary strength): - Custom Interactive Grid interfaces — toolbars, live totals, status filters, per-row logic - Tailored APEX themes and Tailwind CSS-based templates - Custom dashboards with real-time, data-driven visualizations - Advanced JavaScript & Ajax — client-side scripting, dynamic actions, custom UI components Backend (strong secondary): - PL/SQL development — procedures, functions, triggers, complex business validation logic - Oracle Forms to APEX migration (6i/11g/12c to APEX 24.2) - REST API integration, including e-invoicing (ZATCA) and third-party systems - Access control and authentication systems I've delivered projects ranging from quick PL/SQL scripts to a full enterprise financial system currently in progress. If you need someone who can own both the interface and the database layer, let's talk about your project.
