Build your MVP. Sign-up and login, profiles, the core feature, payments or subscriptions, push notifications, maps and an admin view if you need one. Flutter when you want full control of the code, FlutterFlow when you want to keep editing screens yourself. 2. Finish and launch what you already have. A Flutter or FlutterFlow app that fails to build, has a half-connected Firebase backend, was left by another developer or AI tool, or was rejected by Apple or Google. I find what blocks the release, fix it and resubmit. Also: AI features such as reading a business card from a photo, bug fixes and SDK upgrades for live apps, and a Next.js admin panel or internal tool when the app needs a web side. Apps and projects • StarScan, live on the App Store and Google Play. Native Flutter and Firebase app for collecting contacts at events, rebuilt from the client's FlutterFlow prototype. AI vision reads a paper business card into a clean contact. Also NFC and QR profile sharing, GPS tagging with Google Maps, automated follow-up emails, a RevenueCat subscription and push reminders. • Internal scheduling and route-planning tool for a field-service business. Next.js, TypeScript and Firebase, role-based logins, a capacity calendar, route optimisation on the Google Routes API and a mobile view for field crews. • uPractice, a FlutterFlow and Firebase language-learning app on the App Store. The template froze during setup; I fixed it, checked Firebase, added sound effects and the final challenge, and submitted it to the App Store. • Updates, redesign and store releases for an existing Flutter taxi platform (rider and driver apps, Laravel backend, Firebase): Material 3 redesign, Google and Apple sign-in, maps, admin features, iOS 18 and Android SDK 35 updates. Client reviews: 4.5, 5.0 and 5.0. • One client has hired me five times, and my current client came back for two more projects after a first small job. How a project runs • You get a written scope, fixed-price milestones and a timeline before the contract starts. • Each milestone ends with a build you install on your own phone (TestFlight on iPhone, internal testing on Android). • A written update at least twice a week in Upwork messages, and a call over Upwork when it is quicker. • I test on a real iPhone and a real Android phone before every handover. • I prepare the store builds, screenshots and listings, submit to the App Store and Google Play, and handle review feedback and resubmissions. Typical timelines: a blocking fix in 1 to 5 days, finishing and launching a half-built app in 2 to 6 weeks, a new MVP in 4 to 10 weeks.
