My next experience was working as a Walk-up Support Technician at the University of South Florida, helping students, faculty and staff at the library for 2 weeks Then I was permanently hired by the University of South Florida to work as a Service Desk Technician remotely. Here, I was able to help students, faculty and staff with even more issues since I was given training on Bomgar, the remote support software used at USF. I helped clients with networking issues, printing issues, Active Directory lockouts and more. For personal reasons I had to leave my position at USF, currently looking for a new position.
