Anjo A.

I’m an IT professional with over eight years of experience in managed service environments, having started my career in Tier 1 support and progressively advancing into Tier 2, IT Administration, NOC, and SOC responsibilities. This hands-on growth has given me a strong foundation across the full IT support lifecycle—from frontline troubleshooting to infrastructure monitoring, security response, and system administration. I’ve supported multi-site and enterprise clients by monitoring networks, servers, and cloud environments, responding to alerts, investigating incidents, and escalating or resolving issues in line with SLA requirements. My experience spans Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, endpoint and identity management, RMM platforms like Kaseya, and backup and disaster recovery operations. Working in both NOC and SOC capacities, I’ve been responsible for identifying anomalies, analyzing logs, responding to security and performance alerts, and coordinating remediation to maintain uptime and protect systems. Being exposed to multiple domains has made me something of a “jack of all trades,” but with experience comes specialization—I’ve developed practical expertise through real-world incidents, not just theory. I’m known for my proactive mindset, strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills, and clear communication. I also contribute by creating documentation, improving operational processes, and mentoring team members, helping teams operate more efficiently while delivering reliable and secure IT services.
