Having worked for some of the leading FMCG companies globally I have a vast range of experience with working within the regulatory affairs profession and have quickly excelled within my career to be heading up Global Regulatory Affairs at De Faire Medical. I started my career at Reckitt Benckiser gaining experience within the R&D industry for medicinal, medical device and general products, before taking my first steps in my regulatory career within the Market Expansion team. During my time in the Market Expansion team I successfully led the DCP for Nurofen and headed up the Durex Market Expansion deliverables to expand the sales into new European markets and the rest of the World. In 2019, following my time in the Market Expanison team I moved into the Durex Regulatory Category team to gain experience in technical file generation and new product development. In 2020, I started my career at DePuy Synthes providing consultancy work for Russian registerations on their medical device products. This was a short term project to come into the business, remediate their technical files and ensure they are compliant to the Russian regulations and then support through the question stage between DePuy Synthes and the Health Authority. In 2021, I moved into management at PDI Ltd leading the regulatory department for both the UK and Italy site, delivery registrations for medical devices, biocides and cosmetics and initiating a new project to regulate a product under the medicinal regulations, and successfully submited the MDR files to the notified body and delivered the Brexit Transition. I am now heading up Global Regulatory Affairs at De Faire Medical who are a Swedish Biotech company with patented bacteria technology, where our vision is to deliver ground-breaking products to address some of the worlds largest consumer unmet needs.
