Victoria A.
Technical Product Manager | Project Manager | SaaS | Agile | Jira | VA
I manage software and product delivery end to end, and I run the operational side of the business while I do it. Roadmaps, sprints, backlogs, releases, documentation, follow-ups, inbox, reporting. Most clients hire either a Product/Project Manager or a Virtual Assistant. I cover both, which means fewer people to brief and fewer things falling through the cracks. Over the past 4+ years I've managed full product lifecycles across healthtech, edtech, fintech, and adtech, working with cross-functional teams of developers, designers, QA engineers, and customer success. Certified in Google Project Management, Scrum Master, and Google UX Design. ✅ Product & Project Management Roadmap ownership, project timelines, milestones and deliverables, sprint planning, backlog refinement and prioritization, requirements gathering, PRDs / BRDs / FRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria, workflow documentation, risk and blocker tracking, dependency management, QA coordination, UAT, release and go-live coordination, stakeholder communication, KPI tracking and weekly reporting. ✅ AI-Driven Workflows & Prompt Engineering A real skill, not a buzzword. I hold certifications directly from Anthropic, the makers of Claude (AI Fluency: Framework & Foundations, and Claude 101, AI Capabilities & Limitations), plus a Prompt Engineering certification, and I use Claude, ChatGPT, DeepSeek and other LLMs every working day. That means I write structured prompts that produce usable output the first time instead of three rounds of vague results. I use AI to accelerate PRD drafting, user stories and acceptance criteria, test cases, meeting notes, research, SOPs, and status reporting, and I build reusable prompt templates your team keeps after the engagement ends. I also know where AI breaks down. I verify factual output, keep AI away from decisions that need accountability or domain nuance, and flag hallucination risk rather than passing unchecked work to stakeholders. Speed without the quality tax. ✅ Operations & Virtual Assistance Inbox and calendar management, meeting coordination and agendas, action trackers, SOP creation, process documentation, data entry and data management, online research, file organization, CRM updates, customer support workflows, and back-office support for remote teams. ✅ Systems & Reporting Google Sheets and Excel dashboards and trackers. ClickUp and Notion workspaces, templates, automations, and recurring tasks that keep priorities, owners, and deadlines visible without anyone having to ask. 💡 Tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Notion, Linear, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable, Figma, GitHub, Zendesk, Zoho, Shopify, Google Analytics, Canva, Zoom, Calendly Worth knowing: Excellent written and spoken English. I write clearly and I don't need to be chased. I work independently with minimal supervision, but I over communicate on status, risks, and blockers. Detail oriented, deadline driven, proactive. I flag problems before they turn into delays. Fully remote and async. GMT+1, with overlap into US, UK, and European hours. Open to long term work, part time or full time.
