I'm Agustina, and I've spent years working in multinational companies, gaining valuable experience along the way. A big part of my career has been as a project manager, where I’ve learned how to coordinate teams, streamline processes, and make sure things get done efficiently. I love identifying areas for improvement, optimizing workflows, and finding ways to boost performance. I’m always looking for smarter ways to work because I’m hands-on, results-driven, and proactive—I like solving problems before they even arise. I have a degree in International Business, which gave me a solid understanding of global commerce and how things move on a bigger scale. At the same time, I got into UX/UI design, learning about design thinking and getting comfortable with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Balsamiq. I’m always looking to grow, expand my skill set, and bring together my experience in business, project management, and design to create better, more effective solutions.
