Hub-and-spoke networking, private DNS, connectivity back to on-prem. ✦ Terraform platforms HCP Terraform with state properly separated and modules you can reuse, so dev/QA/prod stay identical and adding a workload is a config change rather than a project. Checkov and tfsec gating every plan and apply. ✦ Security and compliance Entra ID with conditional access and PIM, posture management through Defender for Cloud and Prisma Cloud. Core implementer on an ISO 27001 certification covering cloud and CI/CD. ✦ Cost optimization $200K off one client's annual Azure bill through rightsizing, automated schedules, and going through consumption line by line — plus $25K recovered in credits. ✦ How I work A short paid discovery first: a few hours to read your setup properly, then a written plan and fixed scope so nothing surprises you later. I work in your repos and your naming conventions, and I leave documentation your team can run without me.
