John Arcie C.

With 5+ years in customer experience and 3+ years specializing in eCommerce, I help Shopify brands manage product listings, store operations, and customer support with accuracy and consistency. I have hands-on experience with Shopify product uploads, including titles, descriptions, pricing, variants, images, tags, categories, templates, and size chart setup. I’m comfortable working with SOPs, structured templates, Trello task tracking, Poky uploads, Shopify template edits, and Kiwi Size Chart configuration. Beyond product listing, I bring strong customer support experience across order status, shipping, returns, fulfillment, and escalations. I’ve worked with helpdesks such as Gorgias, Zendesk, Gladly, and Re:Amaze, and have also supported SOP documentation, onboarding, QA, and team training. Core strengths: Shopify product uploads and catalog management Fashion/apparel product listing Product variants, images, tags, and categorization Shopify templates and Kiwi Size Chart setup Order, shipping, returns, and fulfillment support Helpdesk and escalation management SOPs, QA, and team support I work best with eCommerce brands that need a reliable, detail-oriented VA who can follow processes, flag inconsistencies, and complete tasks independently.
