I am an enthusiastic and driven IT professional with over 11 years comprehensive IT industry experience and a passion for delivering high quality IT support and consultancy to end customers and business alike. I thrive on the challenges my IT career brings, both large and small and pride myself on taking responsibility and ownership of issues and problems that are presented to me and am accustomed to working under pressure. I possess very strong analytical skills and have ability to very quickly envisage the "big picture" when it comes to larger scale tasks and projects. I am always conscious of adding value to my role and am of the opinion that IT should always be an enabler of business, and I see it as my job to find solutions for any situation and take pride in doing so. I am an excellent communicator and am comfortable with dealing with all levels of seniority across the corporate spectrum.
