Before I started freelancing in 2023, I spent over 5 years as a mechanical engineer in the industrial automation industry. During that time, I designed custom, multi-million-dollar manufacturing systems for some of the world's largest automotive and consumer product companies. I accumulated more 5000 hours of SolidWorks CAD experience during that time, and, more importantly, worked side-by-side with expert builders and machinists to make sure my designs actually became a reality. As a freelancer, I excel at, and enjoy, turning ideas into working prototypes. Besides mechanical design, my skill set includes 3D printing, electronics prototyping, and web development. I'm a clear communicator and a creative problem solver who's always looking for a new challenge.
