I hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, Zoho Books, and Xero, strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts or company books accurately and efficiently. 💡𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 : Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments Maintain and reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) Prepare and issue invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments Categorize and classify transactions accurately in QuickBooks Online, Zoho Books, and Xero Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing procedures Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for management review Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date financial records and documentation Assist with payroll processing and related entries, if required Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies Prepare data and reports to support tax filing and audits Coordinate with accountants, auditors, or tax consultants as needed Identify and correct booking errors or discrepancies in financial data Manage multiple client books simultaneously (if working in an accounting firm/agency setting) 💡 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞 : Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Zoho Books, and Xero (required) Solid understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred) Certification in QuickBooks/Xero/Zoho Books is a plus 🙋‍♂️ 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: Experience handling multi-currency transactions Familiarity with US/UK/international bookkeeping standards (if applicable) Famililarity with Canadian tax laws ( GST/HST/QST/T2,T4) Experience with bank feed reconciliation and cloud-based accounting workflows Ability to generate custom financial reports Thank You!
