I'm a multilingual (Native Arabic, Fluent in English and German) derived experienced individual who has a very wide experience in the customer service field as a customer service representative moreover as team manager, thus working in such field feels like home to me considering the fact that I'm very passionate about team work and developing soft skills regarding the communication in general. I'm working in the filed for about 5 Years, as when i decided to start my career, i chose this career, as i feel like, that is the most suitable work for me, as i love helping people, guiding them, solve their Problems, when they have such a problem.
