I close deals, real estate sellers and B2B alike. 5 years in real estate acquisitions and B2B sales. I take a negotiated seller relationship or a booked appointment and get it signed. Real estate: 1 signed contract per 10-12 PPC/direct mail leads (40 on cold-call leads). 40% of signed contracts close to a funded deal. B2B: 30% appointment-to-close rate. I've worked the full funnel before, sourcing, calling, setting - so I know exactly what a lead or appointment needs before it reaches me.
