Need an Airtable system that keeps your data organized or a Softr client portal your customers can actually use? I build connected Airtable databases and Softr portals that replace messy spreadsheets, reduce manual admin, and make client and team workflows easier to manage. Here's what I build: - Airtable databases and CRMs: Structured tables, linked records, forms, filtered views, and reporting. - Softr client portals: Client and member dashboards, login-protected pages, and portals connected to Airtable. - Internal business tools: Project trackers, operational dashboards, request management systems, and team workspaces. - Workflow automation: Connecting Airtable with Make, Zapier, APIs, and other tools to reduce repetitive tasks. - Integrated portal workflows: Forms, user-specific data, approval processes, and Stripe-connected subscription flows when required. I pay attention to the structure behind the interface: how the data is organized, how users access their information, what should be automated, and how the system behaves in everyday use. I can build a system from scratch, improve an existing Airtable or Softr setup, or help troubleshoot a workflow that isn't working as expected. Let's start with your process. Tell me what you're trying to manage, who will use the system, and which tasks currently take too much manual work. We'll identify the simplest practical solution before building it.
