I started my career in Continuous Improvement, using technology to fix broken processes long before "Digital Transformation" was a boardroom term. Since then I have spent more than ten years building enterprise-scale Intelligent Automation and AI transformation programs for Fortune 500, Fortune Global 500, and DAX-listed multinationals including Vertiv, Merck KGaA, Henkel, and WNS. AI & Automation Strategy: identifying where RPA, Process Mining, Data Analytics, and Generative AI create genuine business value, and building the business case and roadmap to get there. No development work: pure strategy, design, and governance. Business Case Development: translating process improvement opportunities into financial terms that get executive buy-in and budget approval. I have sat on both sides of the consulting table. As a technology consultant at HP and WNS, I delivered programs for enterprise clients across five countries. As the client-side leader at Henkel and Merck, I directed EY, Capgemini, and Cognizant. I know what separates consulting work that actually gets implemented from work that produces a report nobody reads.
