Instructional Designer/ SOP/ Corporate Trainer w/ Eng. Edu. Background

I am an Instructional Designer with experience developing SOPs, training and onboarding materials, curriculum outlines, and lesson plans. Working remotely since 2014 has helped me to establish a work ethic rooted in self-motivation, and you will find that I need minimal direction before taking initiative. While earning two degrees in education and a certification to teach English as a Second Language, I have rigorously studied best practices for teaching to an audience of various ages, backgrounds, and skill-levels. One particular highlight of my education career has been earning perfect 4.0's as my cumulative grade in multiple classes. I did not just accomplish this by "being smart" or studying hard, but because I know how to receive instruction well and produce results that exceed the parameters of that project. As an Instructional Designer, I have learned how to analyze a single project through multiple lenses to ensure accurate information is delivered to students and newly hired employees alike that is understandable regardless of background or prior knowledge.
