I’m an attorney licensed in California and New York. I’m available for part-time freelance work. I graduated magna cum laude from UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings). I have six years’ of experience in civil litigation, including general personal injury and abuse cases. I also teach legal research and writing. I can provide remote assistance for various stages of the litigation process for personal injury cases, such as: - Drafting complaints; - Drafting discovery; - Researching complex legal issues; - Drafting law and discovery motions; and - Drafting demand letters and mediation briefs.
