I have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at STI College. I wish to bring my knowledge, skills and commitment to excellence to your company’s environment. As a graduate of Information Technology, I am equipped with the necessary skills that come with the position including the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and the ability to work effectively with others. I also have experience in sales with 3 of the biggest network service providers in the Philippines. Doing door to door sales Under Globe Telecommunications, online processing with PLDT and Converge. My combined 10 years of experience in the BPO Industry in Focus Direct and Convergys Bacolod also helped me to develop my confidence in communicating skills. I have handled Customer service, Chat and email support in my time under the BPO Industry. I was even promoted to Team leader until my retirement from the Convergys Bacolod. During my time as a Team Leader, I was tasked to handle my back-office roles such as managing my Cluster and Team's schedule. Making sure all logins are operational as well as timesheets are accurate to be processed by the payroll department. I was also doing 1 on 1 coaching and Team meetings to get my team fully informed and prepared to take on their task on the production floor. After my retirement from the BPO industry I have worked as a Freelance Virtual assistant handling the same roles as my previous Job. I handled customer support, closing and managing customer's orders, Email, chat, Refund and return request. I was trained for using tools like Zendesk and Gorgias. Managing and handling shops in Shopify and monitoring orders on Amazon. I believe that I have the necessary skills and abilities for this job.
