Faustina C.

I’m usually the person founders bring in when the business is growing faster than the systems behind it. You have the clients, the ideas, the campaigns, the meetings, and a hundred things happening at once, I help turn all of that into something organized and actually manageable. I’ve supported founders, growing businesses, online brands, and teams across executive assistance, administrative operations, email marketing, content, and workflow management. My work has included managing busy inboxes and calendars, coordinating projects and follow-ups, building email campaigns and Klaviyo flows, researching and organizing information, and turning repetitive processes into cleaner workflows. What I can take off your plate: Executive & Operations Support Calendar and inbox management • Scheduling • Research • Project coordination • Follow-ups • SOPs • Documentation • Task management Email Marketing Klaviyo • Email campaigns • Automated flows • Email sequences • Newsletters • Segmentation • Email copywriting Content & Marketing Support Content writing • Blog content • Copywriting • Research • Landing page content • Marketing materials AI & Workflow Support ChatGPT • Claude • Zapier • Make • AI-assisted research • Workflow improvement • Process automation I’m comfortable stepping into an existing system, figuring out what needs attention, and taking ownership without needing every small task spelled out for me.
