Additional information: I have 35 years of customer service experience, and various other specialized office/and technical experiences. I worked for the Internal Revenue Service and was occasionally approved for outside employment to acquire additional skills. I acquired outside employment to increase Social Security Benefits as I was on the Civil Service Retirement System, which did not pay into Social Security. I am very efficient, and I learn fast. I exceed in efficiency and accuracy, grammar, computer skills, letter writing, and mathematical skills. Departure from all previous employers was in good standing, and I was always coded as rehire able. I am very well organized, and communicate clearly and concisely. I understand Spanish, but do not speak it fluently. I am very dependable, and flexible with all scheduling and job expectations.
