I'm a senior product designer for AI products and B2B SaaS. Most recently I was the sole product designer on an AI dispatch co-pilot used by US trucking and logistics companies, from its first release through v3. Every version shipped. I own the work end to end: research, flows, UI and the design system. I also prototype in code (React, Tailwind), so engineers get something close to the real product, not just static screens. Recent work • AI dispatch co-pilot: before v1, I interviewed brokers, dispatchers and operations leads at 5 US freight companies. When customers told us the AI inbox couldn't replace their email client, I redesigned it to work like Gmail, with AI-drafted replies and thread summaries that flag contradictions. • Guardrails for AI automation: replies that promise an ETA or a rate are never auto-sent, and every rule shows the last three replies it would have sent before you switch it on. • Driver-verification and onboarding product for trucking carriers: an 8-stage applicant pipeline, background checks run only with the applicant's consent (FCRA), e-signature and per-check billing. • AI assistant for mortgage guideline questions, plus the visual system for an enterprise white-label version. • Mental-wellness app with 200K+ users: redesigned the app, and onboarding completion rose 20%. • Charter operations SaaS (my own product): turned an 833-page legacy manual into 17 module specs, 62 business rules, a unified data model and a phased MVP plan. What I'm good at • AI features people can trust: human-in-the-loop flows, guardrails, clear reasoning • B2B dashboards and data-heavy workflows with roles and permissions • Design systems: tokens, component libraries, documentation and governance • Redesigning products that work but have grown hard to use Tools: Figma, FigJam, Claude Code, React, Tailwind, Blazor, Jira. I have a BSc in Electrical Engineering, so I'm comfortable in technical conversations with engineering teams.
