I help businesses fix and protect their Google reputation from removing policy violating reviews to building a system that turns unhappy customers into fixable feedback instead of permanent 1 star damage. My recent work has focused on Google review removal and online reputation management: auditing a business's review history to flag fake, spam, or policy violating reviews for takedown, then building a practical strategy to grow authentic 5-star reviews and recover from negative ones. I don't just chase removals, I dig into why the negative reviews exist, because a removed review doesn't fix a business that's still generating new ones. What I bring to that work: Review Audits & Removal Requests : Identifying reviews that violate Google's policies (fake, spam, conflict-of-interest, off-topic) and filing removal requests that actually get resolved. Reputation Strategy: Turning a review history into a clear picture of what's working and what's not, then building a phased plan to move the rating (with realistic math, not vague promises). Customer Escalation Handling , Years of experience defusing frustrated customers and resolving complaints before they become public reviews in the first place. Response Management , Writing review responses that de escalate negative feedback and reinforce the positives, on brand and on time. If your business is stuck at a rating that doesn't reflect the quality of what you actually do, I'd like to help you close that gap. Let's talk about where your reviews stand and what it'll take to move them.
