Iuliia M.

I am a Design Engineer specializing in UI/UX design and front-end development, with a background as a General Practitioner and specialized training in Ophthalmology. Every day in the clinic and the OR, I was confronted with the reality of medical software, from cumbersome EHRs and patient data management to confusing diagnostic imaging systems. I have personally experienced the digital overload, chaotic interfaces, and "click fatigue." Today, I combine my clinical experience with design and front-end engineering skills to turn complex ideas into intuitive and easy to use products for clinical teams, medical students, and patients. What I bring to the team: - Design with a focus on human-centered, real-world workflows. - Turn concepts into high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes in Figma. - Define the visual direction to establish a credible, trusted brand identity. - Create and maintain scalable design systems using primitive and semantic tokens. - Develop component-based architectures using TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS. - Bring designs to production with visual and functional accuracy. - Communicate effectively to bridge the gap between product managers, clinicians, designers, and developers. 🌟 Top Rated on Upwork (Top 10%) | Fluent in English & Russian.
