OVERVIEW Starting as an educator 13 years ago, I advanced to senior school management. During my journey, I have developed skills in academics and school management. In particular, I have developed expertise in creating a project-based learning environment as well in implementing the International Baccalaureate Primary Years (IB PYP) curriculum. My skills include creating and reviewing lesson and unit plans, managing and training a large team of teachers, as well as interacting with the parent body and regulatory organizations. SKILLS My focus is on creating positive learning environments, where learning goals are established and achieved, whilst documenting the learning journey.
