Strong Manufacturing & Process Knowledge With many years of close collaboration with assembly factories, tooling suppliers, and post-process vendors, I am skilled in material selection (PC, ABS, PMMA, Aluminum, silicone, PEEK, etc.), tolerance analysis, and advanced surface finishing processes such as water-based painting, IML, NCVM, anodizing, laser processing, and fabric wrapping process. I am effective at troubleshooting manufacturing issues and optimizing designs for mass production. 3. Project Management Capability PMP-certified, with extensive experience collaborating with global cross-functional teams. I manage project schedules, drive progress, and have successfully validated multiple products from EVT and DVT through MP in close coordination with manufacturing partners. 4. Factory Audit & Souring Based in Shenzhen, I maintain strong relationships with FG factories, assembly factories, injection molding suppliers, metal and silicone part manufacturers across Guangdong. I have rich experience of factory selection,Audit and management, conduct on-site production witnessing, and ensure effective quality control throughout production.
