I’m an award-winning historian and certified history educator with 6 years of experience supporting student achievement through strong instruction and thoughtful curriculum design. For the past 4 years, I’ve served as a History Department Chair while continuing to teach, giving me both classroom expertise and leadership experience. I specialize in curriculum and lesson design for Global History and related courses, and I’m proud that 90%+ of my students pass the New York State Global History Regents. I also have experience teaching AP History and developing materials that build skills, content mastery, and confidence. I hold a Master’s degree in Teaching and a New York State Professional Teaching Certificate, and I’ve received awards for both history research and teaching.
