Shiva C.

I'm a Tech Lead at a field-sales SaaS company, where my team builds the apps and dashboards that sales teams at some of India's biggest FMCG and telecom brands use every day. On Upwork, I take on the projects where off-the-shelf tools stop being enough. The biggest one right now is a full portal for a European e-commerce business running 15+ Shopify stores. It handles profitability reporting, Google Ads monitoring, AI-generated product listings and Google Merchant Center tracking in one dashboard, and it replaced several paid SaaS subscriptions for them. Other things clients have hired me for: - Banking eNACH API integration, built ahead of schedule - Getting Facebook/Meta app permissions approved (publish_video) - Shopify + Google Ads data sync and reporting - Custom dashboards, admin panels and SaaS backends - AI tools built on the OpenAI and Claude APIs - Fixing and modernising legacy PHP code that nobody wants to touch Tech I work with daily: PHP, Laravel, MySQL, Angular, JavaScript, REST APIs, Shopify Admin API, Google Ads API, OpenAI API, AWS (EC2, S3), WordPress. How I work: I want to understand the business problem before I write any code. If something won't work or will take longer than planned, you'll hear it from me early, not at the deadline. Most of my contracts end up turning into long-term work. If you need someone who can plan a system and then build it, not just close tickets, send me a message with what you're working on.
