Alana A.

I have 2400+ hours of one-on-one tutoring experience. My specialty is SAT/ACT/PSAT preparation, but I have extensive experience in assisting in high school math, executive function work, and college essay writing as well. Some ways we can work together: -I'll create a customized, adaptable plan for your student's ACT/SAT/PSAT preparation + tutor them online -I'll edit and collaborate with your student on their college essay -I can consult and write questions related to any SAT or ACT preparation material For tutoring: My priority is to meet students where they're at and to make test taking less overwhelming and less anxiety-inducing. I've worked with a wide range of students, including students with ADHD, dyslexia, autism, and high-performing students within perfect score range. My goal is to always make a customized plan and pace out our work together so it feels manageable while demonstrating real, measurable progress.
