The technology may be new, but the project management principles remain the same: clear briefs, clear ownership, organized workflows and consistent delivery. = Technical Projects: I manage projects involving web and mobile applications, SaaS products and technical teams. I work comfortably with developers, designers, QA teams and product stakeholders, and I can translate technical conversations into clear updates for non-technical stakeholders. My experience includes Agile, Scrum and Kanban, sprint planning, requirements tracking, API coordination, QA, project timelines, milestones and risk management. = Marketing Projects: Marketing projects have a lot of moving parts, especially when content, SEO, PPC, social media, CRM and campaign teams are working at the same time. I help bring those moving parts together, from campaign planning and content calendars to marketing operations, team coordination, CRM projects, automation and performance tracking. HIGHLIGHTS ACHIEVEMENT = I've managed 10 major workstreams across a community-driven mobile platform during a 5-week sprint, coordinating design, development, QA, content and community teams and helping deliver the MVP on time with 30 beta testers. = On another project, structured task management and Agile workflows helped reduce missed project tasks by 35%. = I also built a marketing operations system that increased marketing output by 30% through clearer processes and documentation. = I've also worked directly with clients to structure ClickUp environments, coordinate technical teams, manage stakeholder communication and keep projects moving when there are multiple people and priorities involved. TOOLS & PLATFORMS I work across ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Monday,com, Trello, Notion and Smartsheet for project management, alongside HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho, ActiveCampaign, Pipedrive, Airtable and Zapier for marketing and CRM workflows. For collaboration and creative work, I use Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Workspace, Miro, Lucidchart, Canva and Figma. I'm also comfortable working with FlutterFlow, Adalo and Bubble, as well as AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude and NotebookLM. But tools are only useful when they solve an actual problem. I don't build complicated systems just because a platform has the feature. I build systems around how the team actually works.
