Hélio has about 9 years of experience within the ICT field, from technical to management positions. Additionally, he is part of the team who built and deployed the biggest bookkeeping system for saving groups, ensuring 99.9% of the system uptime. He also help companies achieving digitalization with implementation of products and services such as Microsoft 365. One of his passions is to help business finding gaps and inefficiencies in order to propose business processes that will turn them more effective and productive. He also developed skills to translate business requirements into technical specifications, allowing the SW development team to understand and build the best digital solution to fulfill the need. He led the first business intelligence project, putting in place tools that help the client gathering information from multiple data sources and transform it into insightful information to be used in business decisions through reports and dashboard. Hélio holds certification in Computer Science from ITC and many others in Cloud Computing, IP Networks and Software development areas. He is also holds a degree in Software Development from St. Thomas University of Mozambique – USTM.
