"Every chargeback tells a different story. I make sure your evidence tells the right one". Hi! I'm Kristine, a Chargeback & Dispute Specialist experienced in handling Shopify, PayPal, and bank disputes for multiple e-commerce brands. I don't believe in copy-paste representment responses. I investigate each transaction, review the dispute reason, examine customer correspondence, and build personalized and evidence-backed responses that directly address the claim. At Chargemont I earned 5-star Upwork client feedback and was promoted to Training & QA Specialist just after 2 months, where I helped train agents, review dispute cases, and maintain quality standards. What I specialize in: - Chargeback Representment & Dispute Resolution - PayPal, Shopify & Bank Chargebacks - Evidence Gathering & Personalized Rebuttals - Fraud Detection & Chargeback Prevention - Dispute Quality Assurance & Team Training - E-commerce Customer Support & Refund Resolution My priority is simple: well-investigated disputes, strong evidence, accurate submissions, and fewer preventable losses. If your business needs someone who understands both the financial and customer service sides of chargebacks, let's connect!
