Every inbound call transcribed and scored with Claude, missed calls and slow callbacks flagged each morning, leads closed as "wrong number" re-checked against the call, and cost per admission by ad channel. Google Cloud (BigQuery, Cloud Run) with Claude on AWS Bedrock, connected to Salesforce, CallTrackingMetrics, Kipu and Google Ads. Role-based access, audit logging and safeguards for patient data. Built under a BAA. • A company-wide AI data assistant. Natural-language questions, downloads and custom dashboards over company data, using Claude on AWS Bedrock and Lambda. • Call center analytics and QA with Five9 and Twilio, plus Twilio IVR, auto-answer and call routing. • BigQuery pipelines from APIs, files and NetSuite, including tens of millions of records, and executive dashboards that cut recurring reporting by 8+ hours a week. HOW I WORK Most engagements start with a short assessment: where the data breaks down, what to build first, and what it should cost. Then I build to a clear scope and ship working code quickly.
