Fitsum S.

Power Platform developer (Microsoft Certified, PL-400) who automates the manual work that slows your team down. I build Power Apps, Power Automate flows and Power BI dashboards that typically save teams 10 to 20 hours a week. Top Rated Plus on Upwork. Most of my work is long-term, repeat engagements. 📈 RECENT RESULTS ✅ Inventory management app: a Power Apps canvas app on SQL for a logistics client. Cut manual tracking by 10 hours a week and removed costly data entry errors. ✅ Sales quote approvals: Power Automate flows with a custom CRM integration. Cut approval time by 50%. ✅ Modern Power Platform builds: code components and generative pages, so the app scales with the business without costly rework. 🛠️ WHAT I DO 🔹 Power Apps development: canvas and model-driven apps on SharePoint or Dataverse, from simple data entry forms to full operational systems. 🔹 Power Automate: cloud flows and desktop flows (RPA) for approvals, email and document processing, and system integrations, with AI Builder where it helps. 🔹 Power BI: data modelling, DAX and Power Query, and interactive Power BI dashboards and reports from SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL and Excel. 🔹 Copilot Studio: AI agents connected to your business data and workflows. 🔹 SharePoint Online, Dataverse and Power Pages: the data layer and portals behind your apps. 🔹 Custom extensions: React, Node.js, custom connectors and APIs when native features run out, so your solution is never boxed in. 🤝 HOW I WORK 1️⃣ Discovery: I map your process and design the solution before building. 2️⃣ Build in clear milestones: app, flows, reports, then user testing. 3️⃣ Handover: the solution exported for you to own, with documentation and an admin walkthrough. I work through a scoped guest or development account. I never need your admin password. 📜 CERTIFICATIONS ✅ PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate ✅ PL-900: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals ⭐ WHAT CLIENTS SAY "Fitsum exceeded my expectations in every aspect of this project.
