Hieu V.

Hi mate, my name is Hieu, a PMI-ACP and PSPO II holder, and I specialise in building products from scratch to MVP and continuously iterating for improvement. I have been working as a Product Manager for nearly five years in EdTech, Childcare, and Ride-hailing. I am here to help deliver your products on time and within budget. I'm also open for Full-time jobs, let me know what you need so we can discuss further. What do I offer? ✅ AI Product Building e2e: Apply AI Coding Agents into developing products end-to-end, from researching, planning, building, testing and deploying, helping your team improve T2M and bringing value more often to end users. ✅ Agile Management Methodology: Using Agile and Scrum frameworks, I connect stakeholders, business objectives, and cross-functional teams into a single, coherent delivery engine. By structuring work into focused 2-week Sprints, I ensure priorities are clear, dependencies are managed, and every iteration moves the product meaningfully forward. ✅ Product Vision & Strategy: I craft a clear and compelling product vision that unites business objectives with user needs. By defining a north star metric and breaking it down into measurable milestones, I give teams a shared sense of purpose and direction that drives every decision from ideation to delivery. ✅ Go-to-Market Strategy: I don't just build products — I help launch them. From defining target segments and positioning to coordinating release plans across teams, I ensure your product reaches the right audience at the right time with a clear and compelling value proposition. ✅ Data-Driven Iteration & Metrics Tracking: I prioritize building feedback loops with analytics, user testing, and KPIs to ensure the product continuously improves after MVP. This way, every iteration aligns with both user needs and business goals. Who do I serve? ✅ Business Owners and Founders ✅ SMEs to Enterprises ✅ Project-based Teams As long as you want to improve user experience and drive product growth, I'm here to help. Feel free to send me a job invitation, I'll check and reply as soon as possible. Thank you for reviewing my profile. Hieu
