I help translate complex project requirements into detailed documentation that can be easily understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholders (BRD, SRS, Use case, User Story) I work with prototyping tools such as Balsamiq or Whimsical which allow stakeholders to imagine and present customer journeys, project objectives and user needs, such as providing a visual blueprint for the development team. I work with modelling tools such as draw.io, Whimsical, and Miro. These tools allow me to develop user flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, use case diagrams, state machine diagrams and others that can help clarify and approve requirements. I collaborate with the project management and development teams to ensure that the requirements and designs accurately reflect the intended functionality and user experience.
