Franco C.

I help organizations get more out of Microsoft 365: automating manual processes, building internal apps, and fixing the setups that slow teams down. I've logged 2,900+ hours on Upwork with long-term clients, many of whom have worked with me for months or years. Before freelancing, I was a Data Analyst at Accenture and a Process Automation Analyst at John Deere, so I'm used to enterprise environments, real stakeholders, and solutions that have to keep working after handover. Recent work includes: - Approval workflows connecting Microsoft Forms, Teams, and SharePoint, replacing email-based processes - SharePoint member portals and integrations with external systems (APIs, custom web parts) - Azure Logic Apps for scheduled automations, reminders, and data sync, including secure setups with managed identity - Maintaining and modernizing existing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions that previous developers left behind What I can help with: - Power Automate: approvals, notifications, integrations, complex business processes - Power Apps: Canvas apps, internal tools, troubleshooting and optimization - SharePoint Online: sites, lists, libraries, permissions, intranets, document management - Azure: Logic Apps, Azure SQL, APIs, and integrations with Microsoft 365 - Power BI: dashboards, Power Query, data modeling - Microsoft 365 administration, Teams, Forms, and Excel automation I've worked with pharmaceutical, healthcare, industrial, and professional services organizations, from quick fixes to complete business applications. How I work: I start by understanding the process, not just the ticket. I communicate clearly in English, document what I build, and usually respond within a few hours. If you have a Microsoft 365 problem or a process that takes too much manual work, send me a message and tell me what you're dealing with.
