Thank you for viewing my profile! You could call me a "jack of all trades", but my specialty and passion is property management/real estate. I have been a property manager for the last 16 years. My main tasks include email management, calendar scheduling, bookkeeping, data entry, research, transcribing, typesetting, Microsoft WORD/Excel reporting, invoicing, tenant screening, vendor relations, maintenance calls and many other admin related tasks. Marketing is also another one of my strong suits and I can create graphics, manage social media and generate marketing plans. Website development is a little hobby of mine too. I can create Wordpress websites along with Pixieset, Squarespace, Wix, etc. I am ready to help you offload these mundane tasks to someone who can get them done professionally and efficiently (i.e. me!)
