Jonathan N.

Hi! My name’s Jonathan and I’m a network and systems engineer. Over the past 8 years, I've built and maintained networks and IT infrastructure for healthcare practices, law firms, government contractors, non-profits, media agencies, IT service providers, and hundreds of other businesses across the country. My consulting practice is professionally insured up to $2 million and I can provide a certificate of insurance upon request. My technical approach is analytical and systematic, but also efficient. During an active contract, I'm happy to work with you live over Zoom, phone, email, messages, whatever works for you! My professional experience includes (but is not limited to): - Planning/managing/troubleshooting office networks, multi-tenant/commercial property networks, satellite campus properties, secure access networks, and even carrier networks. - Administrating and implementing corporate IT security to align with strict data security standards (e.g., HIPAA, ISO 27001, and SOC2) - Design, configuration, and supervision of tailored corporate networks, VPNs, access controls, firewalls, servers, and hybrid cloud connects. I am familiar with most of the major manufacturers of networking equipment. - Implementing purpose-built cloud architectures for a variety of enterprise use cases on AWS and Azure (I can also set up Site-to-Site tunneling to/from networks based on AWS, Azure, and on-premises) Please note that I am currently only accepting US-based clients and that my availability hours are based in Pacific Time. I do not currently accept fixed price jobs or consumers (I am strictly a B2B consultant)
