As a MBA, I manage discovery, qualification, and end-to-end bid development for Government and Enterprise tenders across India, EU, and US markets. Responsibilities included opportunity scouting through GeM, eProcure, Tender24/7 (India), Hilma (Finland/EU), TED (EU), and US bid portals to identify opportunities in ERP, software development, consulting, digital transformation, and IT services. I supported the complete bid management lifecycle including RFP/RFI/RFQ analysis, compliance mapping, solution narrative development, SOW & BOQ drafting, costing coordination, case study creation, and final submission. Proposals were structured using APMP-aligned frameworks such as compliance matrixing, win themes, differentiators, assumptions, and color review cycles (Pink/Red/Gold). India (GeM / eProcure): Handled bids for NPC (DPIIT), Indian Army, ICMR, Ministry of Finance, Mazagon Dock, Fire Department, DoD, DoT, MoP, and IIMs. Multiple tenders were shortlisted/technically qualified, and the ERP procurement for HED Ernakulum was successfully awarded. EU Procurement (Hilma / TED): Evaluated and responded to tenders from digital government, welfare, and IT services categories in Finland/EU markets with MEAT/Best-Value evaluation models. US Tender Experience (SLED + Non-Profit/Public Sector): Supported US RFP responses including: Case Study1 for US Tenders: - EBRPD ERP RFP (ERP implementation & digital modernization — public sector) We sourced the EBRPD (East Bay Regional Park District) ERP Modernization RFP through Tender247’s aggregated US tender feed. The scope of the solicitation centered on replacing legacy ERP modules with an integrated solution covering Finance, HRMS, Grants, Procurement, Asset Management, and Reporting. The RFP followed a Best-Value evaluation model with an emphasis on technical capability, implementation methodology, and total cost of ownership. After initial discovery, we performed a Go/No-Go assessment based on eligibility, experience fit, scope familiarity, domain alignment, competitive landscape, and submission timelines. Once approved, the RFP was downloaded and indexed for detailed analysis. We executed a structured RFP/RFI/RFQ analysis including scope extraction, requirements cataloging, and compliance mapping. Mandatory, scored, and optional requirements were encoded into a compliance matrix along with evaluation criteria such as Technical Proposals, Vendor Qualifications, Product Demonstrations, and Pricing Schedules. Parallelly, we conducted technical solution scoping to map the requested modules to the proposed ERP architecture. Collaborating with internal technical SMEs and functional consultants, we developed module-wise write-ups for Finance, HR & Payroll, Procurement, Asset Management, and Reporting. A detailed SOW (Statement of Work) was drafted including project methodology, implementation phases, milestones, deliverable schedules, acceptance criteria, assumptions, risk matrix, and roles & responsibilities. I followed the APMP-aligned proposal development process incorporating Pink and Red Team reviews. I also have certifications like Prince2 Foundation and Strategic Management from IIMs Bangalore, so I am well equipped for managerial roles in any domain. I also have intensive knowledge of operating AI Tools and have given positive results for a US company, SCALE AI, as an AI chatbot trainer by writing prompts, reviewing responses from different chatbots like Genesis and Bee Pollination, and re-writing the optimum responses for the chatbots.
