I’m an Account Coordinator that provides post-sale ad processing support to the sales organization, utilizing deep understanding of the company's systems and processes. I work closely with existing and prospective clients to discuss their needs and match them with the products that will optimize customer satisfaction. *Uses Salesforce to manage day to day activities to keep sales teams informed of client updates. *Accurately schedules customer ads and traffics artwork. *Handles submitting creative in to ATOL for the GIADC to build. *Reviews and coordinates proof changes with Account Executive & customer; resolves ad scheduling issues. *Assist as a backup for other Account Coordinators as needed. *Be accessible and approachable to answering questions from employees on the team. *Assist manager with training of new Account Coordinators. I also have a year and 6 months experience of being a Customer Service Representative wherein Customer Satisfaction is our top priority for those accounts I was with. First one was a Healthcare account and the second one was a Retail account.
