Noor B.
Biomedical researcher and bioinformatics consultant
Bioinformatics/Computational biology/RNA-Seq/CRISPR/Cas9/Scientific writing I help researchers, biotechnology teams, and academic clients turn complex biological questions, research data, and published evidence into scientifically defensible results. My background spans experimental molecular biology, genetic engineering, CRISPR/Cas9, mouse models, cancer biology, transcriptomics and computational biology. Having worked on both laboratory and data-driven research, I can evaluate not only whether an analysis was performed correctly, but also whether its conclusions make biological and experimental sense. My services include: ⢠Bioinformatics and computational biology research support ⢠RNA-seq and transcriptomics interpretation ⢠Differential gene-expression, pathway-enrichment and biological-network analysis ⢠CRISPR/Cas9 knockout and base-editing strategy review ⢠Benchling sequence assembly and construct evaluation ⢠Experimental design, control selection and validation planning ⢠Literature reviews, systematic reviews and evidence synthesis ⢠Meta-analysis support and bibliometric analysis ⢠Scientific manuscript editing and research-paper development ⢠Research proposals, reports and publication-ready scientific content ⢠Biological interpretation of machine-learning and deep-learning results At the experimental-design stage, I can review a CRISPR strategy, assess the suitability of controls and validation methods, examine sequence assemblies in Benchling, and identify weaknesses that may affect the study later. Once results are available, I can interpret processed RNA-seq data, differential-expression tables, enriched pathways and molecular networks, connecting computational findings to biological mechanisms and relevant scientific literature. I also support research projects based primarily on published evidence. These include narrative literature reviews, systematic reviews, meta-analysis support and bibliometric studies. Depending on the research question, I use tools such as R, Python, VOSviewer, Cytoscape, and Benchling to analyze, visualize, and communicate findings clearly. For manuscripts, proposals and scientific reports, I go beyond language correction. I examine the research logic, organization, interpretation, consistency and strength of the conclusions. My goal is to help produce a coherent scientific narrative in which the methods, results and claims align with the available evidence. My experience also extends to computational projects involving machine learning and deep learning, particularly where biological interpretation and scientific context are essential. For medical and clinical subjects, I provide research analysis, evidence review and interpretation of published or appropriately supplied data. I do not provide clinical care, diagnosis or patient-specific medical advice. Before accepting a project, I prefer to understand: ⢠The central research question ⢠What has already been completed ⢠What data or source material is available ⢠The exact deliverables you expect If the project fits my expertise, I will recommend a practical and scientifically sound way forward. If it does not, I will tell you honestly before we begin.
