Swathi G.

I am a sustainability consultant and carbon strategist with 6+ years of experience supporting organizations on climate strategy, carbon accounting, and life cycle-based decision-making. My background is in environmental science, and my work focuses on helping companies and climate-focused teams build transparent, defensible sustainability and carbon data aligned with recognised standards and real-world use cases. -----> MY EXPERIENCE I specialize in carbon accounting and Life Cycle Assessment, supporting organizations with Scope 1 - 3 GHG inventories, product-level carbon footprints, and audit-ready climate analysis. My recent work includes developing carbon-credit and MRV frameworks (with a focus on biochar-based carbon removal projects), conducting LCAs and Product Carbon Footprints across energy, materials, and industrial systems, and supporting CBAM-related emissions analysis through emission-factor mapping and exporter-side datasets. Across projects, I focus on producing technically sound, defensible outputs that can withstand review, verification, and compliance scrutiny. -----> MY APPROACH I take a methodical and practical approach to sustainability and carbon work, starting with clarity on the purpose of the analysis and the standards it must align with. I identify data gaps early, apply conservative and defensible assumptions where needed, and document decisions clearly to ensure transparency. I work collaboratively with clients and aim to deliver outputs that are technically robust, easy to review, and suitable for audit, compliance, or strategic decision-making. -----> MY SERVICES My work typically includes carbon accounting and Scope 1–3 GHG inventories, LCA and PCF, carbon-credit and MRV framework development, CBAM-related emissions analysis, identification of environmental and CO₂ hotspots, and support for environmental product declarations, sustainability reporting. I’m comfortable working with both detailed datasets and real-world data constraints. -----> MY VALUE Clients work with me when accuracy, transparency, and methodological alignment matter. My value lies in combining technical depth with sound judgment, flagging weak assumptions early, explaining trade-offs clearly, and building sustainability and carbon outputs that can be confidently used for compliance, verification, internal strategy, or external reporting. I see my role as a long-term technical partner rather than a transactional service provider. -----> WORKING TOGETHER If you’re looking to strengthen your sustainability or carbon strategy, develop credible carbon and LCA data, support compliance initiatives such as CBAM, or evaluate climate and decarbonization projects, I’d be happy to discuss how I can help.
