Fusion 360 CAD Engineer

Hi! My name is Rizalde Rivera, 38 years old from Philippines. My interest is on remote job either virtual assistant, data entry, or project manager. I had 10 years of experience working in Engineering firm. During that time I’ve been able to achieve a Team Leader position handling lots of projects and managing people. I’ve been able to create project schedules, work flows, work procedures, manage schedules, meeting with clients, answer queries and delivered quality outputs on target dates. We had UK and Japanese clients. Our work focused on Piping Stress Analysis of Nuclear Power Plant. With that kind of job, strong analytical skills is necessary. We need to interpret the drawings into data, keenly observe the micro changes in the results and make countermeasure if the design fail which needs technical expertise. Doing efficiently the technical job is one thing, and handling your team effectively is another; I need to meet both. To do that, I needed to learn management tools which in my previous job the only available was excel spreadsheet and GPM. I learned to maximized the used of available tools just to meet the requirements of our UK and Japanese clients. I trained, management, and evaluate my members to improve our performance. Me and my superior thought of the criteria, techniques, procedures, suggested programs and software just to make our clients greatly satisfied in the result of the projects. Something I’m proud to share is my punctuality: I’ve never been late in office hours for straight 8 years every single day. I’ve got also some valuable awards such as Manager’s Choice, and Project Excellence Awards. Whenever there’s a project that never been tried by our company, I was the one whom they were entrusted to handle. I also had a training and experience in appointment setting jobs just for almost three months until I went to real estate. As real estate agent, I have established networks of groups, agents, brokerage, government agency personalities and private companies. our transactions go from lot only, house and lot, subdivisions, hectares of land for community purposes like hospitals and housing, up to hundreds of hectares for solar, plantations, and fisheries. Although I am just almost two years in real estate, i can say that my experience compensates to that short period exposure. I can talk and make deal with high profile personalities, government agencies and official, private companies, and a lot of property owners. I am somehow exposed to the legal documents and work procedure of the real estate transactions. With my skills, I am using CANVA pro for social media marketing, can plot properties with technical descriptions in lot plan o titles using internet lot plotter for easy interpretation and evaluation of the property, can propose the best projects for the property, and can transact honestly for the benefit of both the seller and the buyer. I am also very exposed in using Microsoft office and google Workspace. I am eager to learn anything just to fulfill my passion and responsibility. I learned also leadership and business from Maxwell, Covey, Carnegie, Tracy, Hill, and Kiyosaki. I love also spiritual books like the Bible itself, Bunyan, etc. May this qualification meet your basic requirement, and I can humbly say that I do not know everything but just tell me what to do and I will do my best to meet above your expectation.
