Dedicated professional and entrepreneur with a diverse background in law, mediation, business management and jewellery. My passion for law and entrepreneurship led me to develop KVK73 GmbH, a luxury fashion jewellery and accessories company, where I've excelled in product design, market research, and sales management. My expertise extends to alternative dispute resolution (ADR), where I have served as a Mediator, Mediation Trainer, and Communications Director at ADR ODR International. Notably, I've successfully established AOI's presence in Switzerland and Germany and expanded the organization's European market through mediation training courses. I'm actively engaged in ADR competitions globally, serving as a Competition Director, Mediator, Judge, and Coach at various prestigious events. I've also contributed to virtual hearing management in arbitration and mediation and continually seek growth through master class training and pro bono work. Currently I serve as the President of the London Rotary Passport Club for 2023/2024. Finally, I have extensive experience in communications and social media.
