Took a hospitality client from an $80 Zapier flow to a full self-hosted Windmill stack running multi-step AI ingestion flows every morning. • Browser automation. Playwright automations that log into a site, do the repetitive clicking and data entry, and report back, wrapped in a simple dashboard so you can run and monitor them. Deployed one as a private app behind Cloudflare Access, reachable only by its owner. • Document & PDF extraction. Pipelines that turn 200 to 300 page product catalogs into clean structured rows with a confidence score on every row, using Claude vision and batch processing at a few dollars per catalog. • Custom tools & dashboards. Django + React and FastAPI apps that let non-technical staff run and monitor everything from one screen. • Hosting & DevOps. I deploy what I build. VPS setup on Hetzner with Docker, a reverse proxy and firewall hardening, or shipped as a single Cloudflare Worker straight into the client's own account. • Cloudflare & Zero Trust. Cloudflare Tunnel and Zero Trust Access to put a private app online with zero open ports, plus custom domains and subdomains, Workers, Pages and D1.
