I have over 7 years of experience building web and mobile applications, and in recent years my focus has been on AI-powered products. I've worked with startups across healthcare, education, SaaS, real estate, and enterprise software. One of my recent projects was helping build the AI infrastructure for a Voice AI platform that handles inbound and outbound phone calls. The challenge wasn't integrating an LLM, it was making conversations feel natural while keeping response times low and giving the AI the right information at the right moment. Many AI projects stop after connecting a model. That's only the beginning. The real work is deciding what the AI should know, how it retrieves information, when it should take action, and how the application behaves when things don't go as expected. That's the kind of work I enjoy. I use AI tools where they genuinely save time, but they're just one part of my workflow. The architecture, technical decisions, and implementation still come from experience.
